This is an initial meeting with Rooms by Jess to discuss ideas and concepts of a room or multiple rooms. We can talk about a wide range of topics including colors, furniture, accessories, room arrangement or overall décor.
Decorating
After your initial consultation the fun can begin. Rooms By Jess can make the vision become a reality, from painting, personal shopping, room layout, to the final decorating touches. You can be as involved as you’d like in the process. If construction projects need to be done I’m happy to connect you with contractors that I trust.
Real Estate Staging
Staging is an essential part to not only selling your home, but selling it quickly. A staging appointment will provide room-by-room suggestions on how to best showcase your home to potential buyers. A staging follow-up can be scheduled to execute projects discussed during the staging appointment.
